Terms of Service

By creating an InstaRelay account you accept these terms.
1. The service
InstaRelay classifies Instagram comments with AI and performs the actions you configure. The service is provided “as is”.
2. Your responsibilities
- Your account must be an Instagram Business or Creator account
- You are responsible for the content you reply with
- Do not share your password with anyone
3. ⚠️ About automated actions
If you enable auto-delete, InstaRelay will delete comments classified as offensive. That is an irreversible action on Instagram.
To reduce risk, comments whose model confidence is below your threshold are never deleted automatically. We still recommend starting with a high threshold and auto-delete off, then enabling it once you have seen real accuracy on your own page.
4. Processing limits
Each plan has a monthly limit of classified comments. When you reach it, processing of new comments stops and comments from that period are not stored. Your allowance resets on the first day of the next month.
⚠️ The limit is counted against the Instagram page, not a user account.
5. Payment
Online payment is not active yet. Until then, plans are activated manually by our team.
6. Suspension
We may suspend an account for abuse or breach of these terms. In that state your data remains readable but writes are not permitted.
7. Relationship with Meta
InstaRelay is an independent product, is not affiliated with Meta, and is not endorsed or sponsored by Meta.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced by email.
