All plans count comments that are classified. If you reach your monthly limit, processing pauses until you upgrade or the new month begins — comments from that period are not stored.

What does “comments” mean in the plans?
Each plan counts comments that InstaRelay classifies during a calendar month. Comments are counted on the Instagram page, not per user account — so the count cannot be reset by creating a new account.
Which Instagram account types are supported?
You need an Instagram Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. Personal accounts are not supported by Meta’s comment webhooks.
What happens to offensive comments?
If automatic deletion is enabled and the AI confidence is above your threshold, InstaRelay deletes the comment and records the action. Low-confidence comments are never deleted — they wait for your review.
Does InstaRelay reply to every comment automatically?
No. Only positive comments get an automatic reply, and only when you enable it. Questions are flagged for a human response, and uncertain comments stay in the queue.
Does InstaRelay manage Instagram DMs?
Not in the current version. InstaRelay focuses on Instagram comments.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Processing pauses. New comments are not classified and are not stored while you are over the limit. Your limit resets on the first day of the next month, or immediately if you upgrade your plan.
Can I cancel or disconnect my Instagram account?
Yes. You can disconnect from Settings at any time. Disconnecting stops comment processing immediately, and your existing history stays available.
